You could take personalisation a step further and add a professionally printed photo for only 50p! Simply upload a photo to your Cards2do online album (click "Add Photos") and add it to a new or existing card.

Our great prices will remain the same through the upcoming increases in postal charges. This will mean that you are saving even more money by choosing Cards2do!

Our current system allows you to order cards up to a year ahead. Each year, we will send you a reminder asking if you wish to refresh all of your cards for the upcoming year. This allows you to choose new cards for everyone without having to re-enter all their details, saving you even more time! You can of course add, remove, edit or pay for your cards at any time throughout the year.

Firstly, visit your account overview by clicking "See My Cards" in the left-hand navigation bar. If you have not completed checkout for your the card, you will see the delete button next to it. Clicking on it will remove the card and date from your account.
If the card has been paid for, the delete button will not be available. For security reasons, once you have paid for a card any vouchers you added cannot be changed, and the card itself cannot be removed. We obviously make exceptions in the case of bereavement. Please Contact Us to let us know if this is the case.

We currently post only to destinations within the United Kingdom. We will be offering Cards2do Worldwide in the near future.
We do welcome orders from overseas, which offer huge savings to UK ex-patriots needing to send greetings cards to friends and family by avoiding international postage charges.

Yes. Each year, on the date you created your account, we will e-mail you to remind you to refresh the orders we have posted. This gives you the chance to select a new card each year for each person without having to type in all their details again. You can of course add, remove, edit or pay for your cards at any time.

The absolute bare minimum time allowed for a card is two working days plus a weekend. But is typically three working days. We leave an extra buffer around christmas due to the huge backlog which the Post Office experience at this time. The postal service is beyond our control, but we get organised to ensure we don't let you down. For this reason we set a deadline for payment on the cards.
You must have paid for the card at the latest 10 days before the birthday.
The great thing about our system is that you can get organised all at once so you don't need to leave it to the last minute and you can relax safe in the knowledge that all is taken care of.

Cards2do.co.uk employs many security measures to protect your personal data:

• We do not share your details with any third parties. Information you share is strictly between us, and us alone.
• We fully conform to the eight principles of good information handling set out in the Data Protection Act 1998.
• Your data is stored on a secure database in a £15 million datacentre. The servers are protected both electronically and physically for maximum security.

Many people who are familiar with eBay® will have a PayPal account, this means paying for your Cards2do cards is very fast! But not being signed up to PayPal is no problem whatsoever! You simply enter the appropriate payment details into Paypal and you can proceed paying for your cards just as easily!

To pay for your cards without a PayPal account:

1. Login to your Cards2do account as usual.

2. Click on "Pay For My Cards" in the left-hand menu.

3. You will see a summary of any unpaid cards and the total amount highlighted at the bottom. Click "Make Secure Payment"

4. Look half way down the page for "If you do not currently have a PayPal account Click Here"

5. Simply enter your card details and follow PayPal's instructions.

When your payment is complete you will be returned to Cards2do.co.uk. Soon after the transaction you will recieve an e-mail letting you know that the payment was sucessful. The cards will appear as Paid in your account, showing this icon:

Use your current PayPal account to make paying for your cards even easier!
To pay for your cards using your PayPal account:

1. Login to your Cards2do account as usual.

2. Click on "Pay For My Cards" in the left-hand menu.

5. Simply follow PayPal's instructions to make the payment.
